Bio

Fernan Talamayan is a sociologist, social media analyst, and digital strategist from the Philippines. He obtained his doctoral degree in social research and cultural studies at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. His publications cover a wide range of themes, including populism, disinformation, digital governmentality, digital media discourse, social memory, and Indigenous communities.
